Depending on the service, we may collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, birth details, personal questions, Aura Profile answers, selected language, report history, guidance-chat history, private-session request information, shipping address, order information and transaction identifiers.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to process payments, prepare and deliver personalized reports, maintain My Journey, provide digital guidance, handle private-session requests, fulfil physical orders, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain records and improve the service.
Automated Digital Processing
Digital systems may assist with preparation, quality checking, personalization, customer support workflows and the Personalized Guidance Chat. The public chat service is automated digital guidance and is separate from a private human consultation.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay. This website does not store complete card, bank-account or UPI credentials.
Service Providers
Information may be processed by hosting, payment, communication, report-preparation and analytics providers only as reasonably required to operate the service. Personal profile information and report content are not sold to advertisers.
Analytics & Advertising Measurement
When configured, the public website may use analytics and advertising measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand visits, checkout activity and completed purchases. Report content, Aura Profile answers and private guidance conversations are not intentionally sent as advertising-event content.
Account Access
My Journey may use passwordless email links and secure sessions. Customers are responsible for keeping access links private and for using an email address they control.
Retention & Security
Reasonable safeguards are used to protect stored information. Data may be retained as needed for fulfilment, continued customer access, support, accounting, fraud prevention and other legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
Your Requests
You may request correction or deletion of eligible information by contacting astrosolution625@gmail.com. Some transaction or operational records may need to be retained.
