Cancellation
An order may be cancelled only before preparation has started. Once analysis or report preparation begins, cancellation is not available.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable after preparation begins. A review may be requested for duplicate payments, a confirmed technical payment error, or failure to deliver the purchased service after complete and accurate details were provided.
Incorrect Customer Details
Reports prepared using incorrect birth or contact details submitted by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Contact support promptly if a correction is needed.
Guidance-Based Services
Dissatisfaction with a prediction, interpretation or spiritual recommendation does not by itself create a refund entitlement. Results and outcomes are not guaranteed.
Requesting Review
Email astrosolution625@gmail.com with your name, order reference, payment ID and a clear description of the issue. Eligible requests should be submitted within 7 days of payment.
