Astrology, Tarot, Vastu, aura and spiritual services are based on traditional beliefs and are provided for guidance, reflection and spiritual purposes. They are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
No Guaranteed Outcome
No specific personal, relationship, financial, health or spiritual result is guaranteed. Interpretations and spiritual practices may be experienced differently by different people.
Digital Report Preparation
Automated digital systems may assist in preparing, formatting, checking and delivering personalized reports. A report is not a live human consultation unless the purchased service expressly states that a private session is included.
Personalized Guidance Chat
Personalized Guidance Chat is an automated digital guidance service based on the customer’s purchased report and submitted information. It must not be represented as a live private conversation with Prashant Pandit. It is not suitable for emergencies or professional medical, legal, financial or psychological decisions.
Private Guidance Sessions
A private session is a paid one-to-one spiritual guidance discussion. Payment confirms a request; the final appointment time is confirmed separately. Customers should provide adequate context before the session so the discussion can be prepared properly.
Public Spiritual Store
General devotional products may be sold through the public store. A public store product is not automatically a personalized remedy. Personalized spiritual solutions, prayers or remedies may be discussed privately only where appropriate.
Energized Product Returns
Energized/sacred items are not eligible for ordinary return or exchange after delivery. Damage, defect or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 48 hours with supporting evidence, subject to the Refund & Replacement Policy.
Orders & Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information and completing any required post-payment profile. Digital report delivery time begins only after the required information has been received.

Payments
Prices and applicable shipping are shown or confirmed before payment. Payment is processed by Razorpay and an order is treated as paid only after successful verification.
